He is a finance expert with almost two decades of cognate experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Advisory Services, and Securities Dealing. Kehinde is distinguished from his peers with a track record of innovative achievements borne by system-thinking and wealth of experience in financial management, financial reporting, tax management, regulatory compliance, client management and general business turnaround. He is endowed with exceptional ability to build and lead teams in Change and Strategy Development, Policy Formulation, and Implementation. He joined the service of GTI Capital Limited in 2006 and rose through the ranks to become the Chief Operating Officer. As a Capital Market Operator, he has successfully originated and anchored major landmark transactions involving Capital Raising, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Restructuring, etc. Kehinde is a graduate of Accountancy & Finance from Yaba College of Technology. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria. He holds a Master degree in Business Administration with option in Finance & Investment. He is an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange and a registered capital market operator with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Nigeria with various capacity building training to his credit.
