Mr. Adeboye Adegbemi is the Executive Director in charge of Finance and Accounts for the GTI Group. As the Chief Financial Officer for the group, Mr. Adegbemi is directly responsible for providing strategic direction in driving the group’s Financial planning, managing the group’s Assets & Liabilities, making Investment strategies decisions and liquidity management. Mr. Adegbemi has over 28 years cognate experience in Finance/Banking industry and has worked in various capacities in Accounts, Investment Management and Corporate Finance roles. He joined GTI in 2006 to drive and apply his wealth of experience in structuring the Corporate Finance Unit before assuming his present role. With experience spanning various institutions like Societe Generale Bank and Greenwich Trust Limited, Amalgamated Plastic Industries among others, he has been involved in the setup and development of various finance and investment department across various sectors. Mr. Adegbemi has served in several boards notably Champion Brewery Plc where he served in the Risk Management Committee and is presently on the board of FSS Micro-Finance Bank where he is serving in the Audit and IT Steering Committee. He is a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (ACIB), Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria (ACS) and Associate, The Certified Institute of Pension of Nigeria (ACIP). A vivid sports lover and highly respected religious leader, he is happily married with children.
