Martin has responsibility for orchestrating organizational change and ensuring that GTI is apace with the digital speed of change in the contemporary business world as well as, coordinating a robust plan for continuous innovation. He is the co-creator and principal champion of the GTI HandHolding® scheme; a revolutionary transformation model for delivering strong and positive corporate performance on a sustainable basis.

Martin has over 25 years’ experience working in the broad areas of investment banking, academia, data-science and strategy-focused consulting. His consulting experiences include engagements in the projects of USAID, World Bank, UNDP, DFID, ENABLE2/Adam Smith International, UNIFEM, SUFFEGOR, CIDA, SLGP, ECOWAS, European Commission, Bill Gates Foundation and the Edinburgh Business School. Others include several MDAs of Nigerian governments; several State governments; the NPC, the NASS and many private organizations.

At different times Martin was the Chief Executive Officer of ValueFronteira Limited and Platinum Capital limited (a subsidiary of BankPHB now Keystone bank). He was also an Executive Director at Forte Financial and head of Strategy at BGL Plc. He is a Professor of Practice of Economics and Administration at Euclid University, The Gambia and a Visiting Professor of Business at the Virtual University of Uganda.

Martin holds a Ph.D. in Managerial Economics from ESEADE University Institute, Argentina and a DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) from SMC University.
